Sanitas Residencial Zaragoza recibe valoraciones muy positivas de sus usuarios, quienes destacan especialmente la calidad de la atención médica y de enfermería, la limpieza de las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal en todos los departamentos y la buena organización en situaciones de crisis. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación común sobre el coste mensual (aproximadamente 2.600 euros), que algunos usuarios consideran muy elevado aunque reconocen que se justifica por la calidad de los servicios prestados.

We went to visit a friend. The residence was very large and clean. Well located, next to the Stone Bridge. The staff were very attentive and friendly. It's a shame about the price. I understand the services they provide, but what elderly person can afford 2,600 euros a month?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Those two words sum up how our family feels about the treatment and service my mother received, who spent a month and a half recovering from back surgery. The entire team (doctors, assistants, reception, management, sales staff, etc.) was extraordinary. The facilities, the services, the food—unbeatable. Congratulations!!!

An excellent medical and nursing team. The physiotherapists do a wonderful job. The staff who provide direct care do so with attention and affection. The team that organizes activities for cognitive stimulation and entertainment is very creative and fun. The management and supervisory staff are always attentive to any problems and also very approachable with the residents. The food is very good. The facilities are comfortable, beautiful, and clean. The views are lovely. Having their own chapel and religious services is wonderful. The hairdresser is a convenient service. Thank you all for taking care of my mother for seven years, and of us as well, until the very last minute.
