Opiniones

In this care home, there are independent residents who can spend considerable time unsupervised due to staff shortages, making it difficult to detect falls or other problems early. Furthermore, they have been without qualified nursing staff for months, and tasks requiring healthcare training are being performed by unqualified assistants or caregivers. Shameful.

AGAIN, PLEASE, AGAIN. May hands reach out and find each other, and remain joined. May eyes seek each other, and share a desire that needs no name. There is beauty in what does not return and magic in what insists on staying. Moments kept in the little box of eternal seconds, may they fill with meaning and breathe slowly. AGAIN, PLEASE, AGAIN... Thank you, Mother Genoveva

Wonderful stay. We stopped in Zaragoza for lunch, and the Genoveva sisters kindly provided us with a dining room; we brought our own picnic. They were very kind and helpful. We visited the remains of Genoveva Torres.

The center's management and administration are deficient, and this is reflected in the organization, the environment, and the lack of staff. On weekends, there is no doctor on site (only telephone assistance) and sometimes no nurses, a situation that also frequently occurs during the week. In these situations, the geriatric nurses end up taking on more responsibilities, such as treatment, assessing falls, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, or administering injections. The most dependent residents spend most of their time inside the residence, with little access to outdoor spaces. Breakfasts are very repetitive (cookies and coffee with milk almost daily, except on holidays). Occupational therapy focuses primarily on the most independent residents, while the most dependent receive little attention. The same is true of spiritual guidance, as there is hardly any presence of nuns or active participation of dependent residents in the services, often limited to watching Mass on television. I'm also proud of the efforts and commitment of the cleaning staff and the geriatric care workers. Despite the lack of resources, they do their best to get the job done, even assuming duties that would otherwise be the responsibility of qualified personnel. Given the price and the promise, I think it's important for any family to consider these aspects before deciding whether to admit or allow a family member to stay in this center. IN MY OPINION, IT'S A DISASTER. I WOULD NEVER PUT SOMEONE I LOVE IN A PLACE LIKE THIS.

Excellent and very humane care. Renovated facilities. Freedom and dignity for the elderly.
