DomusVi Fontibre destaca por su excelente calidad de atención, profesionalismo del equipo y ambiente acogedor que hace sentir a los residentes como en un hogar, con elogios particulares hacia el trato humanitario durante momentos difíciles y la variedad de actividades y servicios ofrecidos. Sin embargo, existe al menos una reseña que critica duramente la falta de sensibilidad en la gestión administrativa, particularmente respecto al trato a las familias en momentos de duelo, lo que sugiere que la experiencia puede variar significativamente dependiendo de las circunstancias.

Our enormous gratitude to the entire Fontibre staff for their humanity, professionalism, and love. My mother spent her final days in that nursing home, until her death. The treatment, food, and activities were unbeatable. She celebrated her 104th birthday there surrounded by family and friends. During her passing, they made the most difficult part easy and warm for us. She died in what was her home, with care that we could never have provided at home, much less in a hospital. Perhaps some might think the price is a little high, but what you receive is worth much more than that. Today, while we were saying goodbye to her at the funeral home, we received a message from the care home telling them to come and collect her personal belongings; they needed the room. Its aesthetic is more like a hotel than a residence. The staff is excellent and friendly. You feel like you're part of a family. The variety of activities encourages choice and preferences. The food is very healthy, and the hotel has its own kitchen. And the best part is the staff: friendly, helpful, and very professional. Congratulations!
