My brother Javier has passed away, and I had been warning him for three months that he was losing weight rapidly, but no one listened. When I arrived and saw him, he looked like someone in a concentration camp, completely malnourished, and I realized they were feeding him shakes that had EXPIRED in March 2021. I took photos and made recordings to prove everything, and... I've filed a complaint with the IASS (Aragonese Institute of Social Services). It's a disgrace.

My grandmother has been in this care home for nine months. On the positive side, the staff seems friendly and treats the residents well, and the setting is lovely, right next to the Ebro River. On the negative side, the care home is quite old, my grandmother's room seemed very small with a very narrow bed, and I didn't think it was a good idea that the bathrooms are shared. One suggestion I have is that they could make better use of the garden. It's a shame because it's very spacious, but most of the grounds are overgrown with weeds, and if it were well-maintained, it could be a great place for the residents to relax and sunbathe in the summer.

My 101-year-old mother has been at this nursing home for four months, and after some adjustment time, she feels comfortable and has noticeably improved her quality of life. The treatment is warm and friendly, the rural location is noticeable, the facilities are adequate for their price, and it has a large outdoor garden area next to the Ebro River, which provides residents with a very pleasant connection to nature. Easy access and parking are a plus for visitors. I highly recommend it.

I don't recommend this place for anyone who needs medical treatment. I'd already read several reviews about this place, but due to lack of availability at other nursing homes, it didn't seem like a bad option. My grandmother stayed there for 9 long days. A 93-year-old woman, who barely took any medication before being admitted due to her health, except for her blood pressure and her sugar pill, which has worked perfectly for many years. My surprise came when they called us one day saying that the patient had had a spike in blood sugar and that her blood sugar was around 300 (levels this woman had never seen in her life). They told us they were going to change the medication on her electronic prescription as per doctor's orders, but when I checked the electronic prescription, it didn't match what they told us. And here I remembered a previous review I had read from another user with a problem with her medication, leaving us wondering if this woman had been given the correct medication. In addition to the medical treatment issue, we repeatedly visit the facility to see our relative, who finds her wearing the same clothes every day, including socks. When we ask her, she tells us she hasn't cleaned them at all. I won't talk about the facilities, as I understand the facilities are what they are, but seeing a cable hanging from the wall of a room doesn't seem very safe, among other things. Regarding the clothing and laundry (since we informed management about the change of clothes), we found that when we took the patient, they gave us a completely wet coat. It presumably came from the laundry, and there wasn't enough time to dry it. To my surprise, I hung it out and saw it completely dirty. Of course, I won't waste time explaining the laundry area because I believe I'm implying it in my words. The only good thing my grandmother mentions is the food, which she tells me is delicious. In my opinion, I think the nursing home should be replaced with a restaurant. Thank you.

This nursing home was very good in its early days, but now it leaves much to be desired. They have no doctor or nurse. The treatment of residents is poor, and the facilities are outdated. The staff is very friendly but unprofessional. There is no special attention of any kind. They have no organization or guidelines for the proper functioning of the nursing home. There was one member who was very concerned about everything, but the other two members never wanted to listen to her complaints about the shortcomings and problems, and she became a nuisance and are making her life miserable.
