    This care home needs to publish more about the residents! We don't know what activities they do. In other care homes, everything is perfectly transparent, without secrecy, but not here. People outside don't know what's happening with the residents, and the activities aren't shown. It's a very pleasant care home.

    I think it's a disgrace that our elderly residents have to put up with rudeness and rude replies, apparently from a cleaner. Although I don't know her name and I'd rather not, because it's not the first time I've heard it; it's happened quite a few times in the last few months. All I know is that she's a foreigner and apparently a young girl, and that's the least of it if she treats our relatives the way they deserve, considering what we pay each month! It's outrageous! But my recommendation is that they address this because if we continue to hear rude comments about our loved ones, both myself and other relatives of residents are considering filing a complaint in court.

    Our uncle died, we went to collect his belongings and to our surprise, several things were missing, including the electric wheelchair charger. Then they had overcharged us for a month. We complained, they told us we were right, but they didn't even refund the overcharged month. It was awful.
