La Residencia Soto del Canal recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas destacando la dedicación y profesionalismo del personal, las excelentes instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas, y la variedad de servicios y actividades ofrecidos (fisioterapia, médico, cine, peluquería). Sin embargo, existe una crítica grave que señala deficiencias en la atención básica de un residente, incluyendo problemas de nutrición, hidratación e higiene, lo que sugiere inconsistencias en la calidad de cuidado que merecen investigación.

I am delighted with the staff, residents, and the facilities. My mother's admission has been complicated, and all the staff have been attentive, caring, and infinitely understanding. It's clear they perform their work with love, convey affection to the residents, and provide good support and advice to family members (it's also a difficult time for us). I have seen several touching details with both my mother and other residents. I am very grateful. The facilities are very well-maintained, clean, bright, and in a pleasant environment (and easy parking). There is a physiotherapist, a doctor, an occupational therapist, a cinema, mass, and a weekly hair salon. My mother says everyone is treating her very well, that the food is healthy, and that she is making friends because the atmosphere is so good.

My brother, after only two months of hospitalization, was admitted to the hospital for dehydration, despite his known predisposition. He's also malnourished. He has no hygiene. I hope the Aragon government does something.
