You are an exceptional team, always responsive, always attentive, always concerned for our mother's well-being. Thanks to your professionalism, warmth, and compassion, we feel safe and relieved knowing she is in the best possible hands. She couldn't be in a better place. We want to thank all the staff, absolutely everyone, because each of you contributes something essential to making Las Buganvillas much more than a residence: a true home. The facilities are wonderful. The garden, where our parents feel surrounded by nature, exudes peace and life, and the rooms are cared for with such love that they truly make you feel like you're in your own home, not a nursing home. As our mother says with a smile, it's her "little apartment from when I was single." A year ago, my mother arrived at this residence, and since then, I can only express my gratitude. The care she receives is exemplary: affection, respect, and professionalism in every gesture. The team is always attentive to her needs, listening and supporting her, which gives us great peace of mind as a family. Not recommended at all. If they cared for the elderly residents as much as they care for the garden, things would be very different. The smell is nauseating. They won't shower unless you're right there. How can they send a resident to the ER for depression, and then in the ER diagnose her with sepsis and a blood sugar level of 900?! Nine days later she died! Disgusting nursing home 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Mis padres llevan dos años allí y siempre nos han ayudado en todo, nunca he visto que hayan tratado a nadie mal mis padres adoran a todas sus chicas de rosa y a esas jóvenes de la bata azul que nos hacen jugar y reír ese comentario lo hace mi madre cada día y solo dice lo bien que está. A veces cargamos contra la residencia y lo que debemos hacer es ir más de visita y si algo va mal coméntalo en el acto en lugar de volcar aquí lo que se puede arreglar en un momento. Pilar es maravillosa y siempre está dispuesta a escuchar.
