Opiniones

The facilities and staff are wonderful. Nobody likes to end up or "park" someone in a care home, but when there's no other option, this is one of the best. In our case, it was for a family member recovering from hip surgery, and the welcome was wonderful, from the head housekeeper to every member of staff. It's not cheap, nor is it for everyone, you have to keep that in mind, but if you have the option, don't hesitate; it's a great choice.

We are very grateful to the entire team for the way they treated our mother. They treat the elderly with great care.

I don't know how anyone can give this center a bad review. I'm currently staying here due to circumstances, and from the management to the cleaning staff, including the medical assistants and nurses, everyone is absolutely delightful, always with a smile on their face. Whenever you call for assistance, no matter the time, they come immediately. I'm giving it 5 stars because there aren't any six, although it's obviously not cheap, but neither should it be cheap to maintain the facilities and all the staff 24 hours a day.

The care home has very poor service, a shortage of nurses, an overworked doctor, and €2,500 to keep all the elderly residents crammed into one room. There's a lack of communication with family members. The people who answer the phones are always rude. And about the management... it's best not to go into details... unfortunately, Google doesn't allow you to go into detail. I don't recommend it. Don't take your elderly relatives there if you can avoid it, and if you do, you have to constantly monitor the staff, even to make sure they change their clothes if they get dirty, that they get blood tests done, that the doctor remembers to call you... etc., etc. And of course, they'll tell you that your relative is fine, even if they aren't, and the solution comes too late... but since it's an elderly person, they think it's perfectly normal.

The nursing home has acceptable facilities and is kept fairly clean, although the space is small. The care provided by the staff is poor, and the staff changes constantly and is clearly insufficient. There are too few managers working, which makes care slow. Furthermore, they appear to be all temporary hires, and this disconcerts the elderly, who become attached to people who are quickly replaced. For the price paid, I think the care for our seniors should be much better. The worst thing about the nursing home is the director, Sonia. If they replaced her, things would surely improve... I don't know how someone like that can hold such an important position.
