Opiniones

My mother has been in this residence for a few months, and we are very satisfied with the care she received. Both the supervisors and the caregivers in general (as is always the case, there are exceptions) are very caring and attentive. I especially want to highlight the work done by the psychologist (Silvia) and the social worker (Raúl), who visit every day to provide physical and cognitive stimulation to the residents, in addition to being very affectionate with them. Highly recommended. THANK YOU for your important work

First of all, I want to thank part of the team at this residence because the other part was awful. Some were lovely, but others were not. I want to thank the physiotherapist for how well he treated my mother and apologize for my aunt, who didn't behave well, but we all know how people with dementia are. I had them for 15 days so I could take a vacation, and my siblings were the ones who treated them best. What I'm most unhappy about is what they did with the doctor. They didn't notify me that they had been transferred to the Actur health center, and I had to call them urgently, but they couldn't see me. And then there's all the paperwork I've had to do again because they made them permanent residents. I've called several times, and the supervisor has never been able to get through. They could have at least made a call, but since that wasn't possible, I feel forced to do it, and even so, I'm not leaving a bad review. I don't need an apology now; they could have contacted us and we would have avoided this. This isn't about the caregivers—I've already mentioned that I don't have complaints about all of them, just some—it's about the management team, including a receptionist who couldn't have been more unfriendly.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and attention given to my father during his final months. I wholeheartedly recommend this residence, with its wonderful, well-trained, and youthful team, who lovingly and attentively care for each resident and their family. Thank you for the wonderful way you treated my father, a person with a somewhat difficult temperament: the doctor (Sucel), the psychologist (Silvia), the various supervisors, nurses, assistants, activity coordinators, and, of course, the director (Vanesa). I was not mistaken in choosing you. Warm regards, Carmen Pérez (daughter of Don Luis)

I'm just writing to congratulate and recognize the entire staff at this nursing home. The treatment of residents is exceptional, even for such a difficult job. The care with which the staff, many of them young, treat the residents is admirable. The psychologist, therapist, assistants, nurses, doctor, etc., all care about the elderly. They constantly organize therapies and activities for them; they don't just sit them down. The director is a great person, very hard-working and accessible. Although we would all like her to be available for us at any time, it isn't always possible due to the workload that a center with so many staff and residents must accumulate. My relative came in with severe depression, and I can assure you that now she is truly happy and feels at home; she wouldn't want to leave for anything in the world. I don't understand the serious accusations and sometimes vicious criticisms I've read. It's very easy, from anonymity, to gratuitously criticize and be cruel to professionals who work in such a vulnerable sector, without any proof.
