Opiniones

I called a month ago to ask if there were any vacancies. They told me there weren't any immediately. The woman who answered the phone took my information and said the social worker would contact me in the next few days. Since she didn't, I called again today, and after being put on hold for a few minutes (presumably to transfer me to the social worker at the residence), she finally refused to connect me without giving a reason. She told me they didn't have any immediate vacancies and that there was a waiting list (something we all knew a month ago). I asked if it was at least possible to visit the residence to see it, and she said no (the only residence I've contacted that has refused a visit). She practically hung up on me. The person in charge of reception should be, above all, someone friendly because they represent the image of the residence. I find this attitude truly unacceptable, and it doesn't reflect well on the company that they keep someone with such limited customer service skills. An unfriendly person in a customer-facing role is a liability in any organization.

We took my mother on Monday, March 31st. She's only been here for four days, but I can say the experience has been very good. The care from the entire team is unbeatable, given the way she treats her. My mother eats very well, rests, and the facilities are spectacular. The director, the social worker, the doctor, the nurse, the coordinator—the whole team is phenomenal. Thank you all so much, and I recommend anyone considering taking their elderly to consider this option.

Well, the residence is very good, but thanks to the caregivers who look after the elderly, because the organization and management leave much to be desired. That's the biggest problem there; they're only interested in getting residents to come so they can charge more and more. On top of that, they don't value the staff; there's only pressure. It's where I gained experience in everything, but in the end, they treated me very badly.

This care home is terrible. My grandfather has escaped three times and they haven't even bothered to notify us; the police alerted us before they did. The staff is awful, and the quality-to-price ratio is appalling. In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this care home to anyone, not even myself.
