I wanted to put in writing how upset and disappointed we are with this care home. My relative was there for a few months, and honestly, everything went from bad to worse. It started with falls due to the caregivers' negligence, resulting in fractures, and no one there took the initiative to take her to the hospital. We were the ones who had to check on her and take care of her ourselves because they wouldn't call an ambulance, a doctor, or anyone. As for the medication... well, they give it to her whenever they want, and you have to be on top of it every single day. You can spend a week asking for a urine test strip, and if you're lucky, someone will even listen. Honestly, I don't know if all the residents who claim to be sick actually are. We arrived to find her covered in urine from head to toe for a whole week, and her family had to change her, and we were lucky to be there; otherwise, she wouldn't have been changed until the evening. If they're dependent on others for food, you'd better go and feed them yourself because otherwise, there will be days when they go to bed without lunch or dinner. There was a shortage of staff everywhere; some days I was in bed at 8 pm and it was 11 am and they still hadn't gotten me out of bed. There are some worthwhile people, as everywhere, but most were awful, unprofessional, and sometimes I think they forget they're dealing with people. The management of the residence was deplorable, always rude, with little humanity or courtesy.

Good morning, I'm writing this review to help and advise others based on our experience. We took my grandmother to this place a few months ago because it was close to our house and had been recommended to us many years ago by people who had relatives there. Now everything has changed. From the moment my grandmother entered, all I've seen is a tremendous lack of interest in the elderly, many incompetent people with no knowledge or training in elder care, a great deal of disorganization and lack of coordination among the staff, and in some situations, even a lack of humanity. I witnessed numerous falls by elderly residents, many of which were not reported to family members. There was a complete lack of information regarding medication, and on many occasions, they administered the wrong or inappropriate medications. Clothing was rarely changed, and many items disappeared. Diapers were frequently soiled with urine and feces. I suppose that if someone is completely independent, something like this might be suitable, but the moment the person needs any assistance, it's no longer acceptable. Obviously, I understand there's a significant staff shortage, and that this happens in many jobs, and none of us are to blame for it. But the price we pay for this place shouldn't be for receiving this kind of service. I simply wanted to express my dissatisfaction in case it helps other families avoid this ordeal for their loved ones, or if it somehow helps improve things for the poor people there. I also want to highlight my dissatisfaction with the center's director for trying to hide or withhold a great deal of information from my family, even showing, in my opinion, a lack of respect. It leaves much to be desired. I also have to say that despite all this, there were some good, competent, and very pleasant people, but unfortunately, they were few and far between, and they aren't to blame for all of this either. But many of us have agreed that being able to move our relatives from there to another place has been a huge relief. And to those people who have behaved so badly on numerous occasions, I'd like them to remember that they too will be old someday, and that no matter how much we pray, we all end up the same way.

Very friendly treatment of senior citizens. Serious and competent staff. Good facilities. Furthermore, its location is like being in a country house, but with all the comforts of the city of Zaragoza. It's located just off Avenida del Barrio de Santa Isabel, on the way to Villamayor de Gállego.

I wanted to share my review with the aim of improving. My grandmother was only in the care home for five months, and during that time she fell out of bed because they hadn't installed the bed rail, and they didn't tell us anything—a deplorable situation. This was the worst thing that happened to us, compared to minor issues like them cutting her hair without telling us or leaving her isolated from the moment she arrived. I'm saddened by this situation because we trusted the care home and have been let down.

My grandmother chose this residence and she's delighted. Whenever I ask her, she says she doesn't want to leave and that she's very happy there. Honestly, from what she tells me, she has a social life I'd love to have. When we first visited the residence, they showed us everything, even the kitchen, bedrooms, and common areas like the gym. She's very pleased with them.
