I highly recommend this residence because my experience has been excellent. The residents receive warm, respectful, and compassionate care. The staff is always attentive to individual needs, demonstrating great dedication and professionalism. They also organize a variety of tailored activities that provide physical and mental stimulation for the residents, helping them stay active and in good spirits. The food is homemade, balanced, and adapted to each person's dietary needs. Communication with families is constant, which provides a great deal of peace of mind and reassurance.

I suppose they treat the residents the way they mistreat us neighbors... I'm fed up! We hear machines, washing machines, or whatever at night, despite our complaints.

If they treat the elderly the same way they treat the neighbors... They're shameless, we neighbors are fed up with them. They don't let us sleep, moving chairs around at night. Several neighbors have gone down to complain, but nothing works... Today at my house we've been awake since 6 a.m. because of them. It's unbearable. So we're going to have to start filing complaints against them together.
