The worst I've ever seen. The first day the physiotherapist was there (in the afternoon, mind you), but I never saw her again. They sedate patients to get it over with as quickly as possible and keep their medication, diapers, and pressure-relieving chairs that aren't even theirs. You just have to let it go. They're among the worst I've ever seen. The positive reviews must be because they have connections. Zero points.

I'm giving one star because I can't give zero. We left a family member there; it was their first time in a care home. Initially (for the first three days), they were very attentive, keeping us informed of any changes and how they were adjusting day by day. They needed to be hospitalized to adjust their medication, and when they were discharged, they stopped responding to our communications for over a week, ultimately denying their readmission. Certainly, the best way to handle a situation involving a dependent person. We had placed our trust in them, and as soon as it was inconvenient for them, they stopped responding to us, despite their promises of "we're here for whatever you need" and "let us know when they're discharged." It's understandable not to accept residents based on the center's preferences, but this is NOT the way to do things. They left us with no options after having given us a false promise.

Its facilities are unbeatable. The rooms, hallways, and lounges are very spacious, and include an interior garden. It's located very close to a park, which is great for taking a walk. The staff is very professional and attentive to the residents. And for me, what determines my trust is that you can visit whenever you want, without any schedule, as long as you respect the mealtimes during which you visit without any inconvenience. This transparency seems to me a sign that things are done well. I highly recommend it.

I was absolutely delighted with this residence and highly recommend it. The facilities are top-notch, including a kitchen (which isn't very common in residences), a laundry service, attentive and caring staff, and impeccable cleanliness. The residents are always clean and well cared for. You won't find a better residence than this one.

My grandmother has been living there for over a year and loves it. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and close, and the staff are incredibly helpful!
