I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with this residence. For the cost of the service, the treatment and management have been appalling and far below what one would expect from a center that boasts such prestige. During the stay of two family members, we experienced very sad and worrying situations: the disappearance of personal belongings within the facilities themselves, affecting elderly residents who are unable to care for themselves. It is deplorable that something like this can happen in an environment that should be safe. When we reported it to those in charge, the response was inadequate and offered no real solutions. Furthermore, unauthorized charges were made to my account on several occasions, for pharmacy, hairdressing, and other services. Although they were corrected when I complained, this should not happen repeatedly. The impression it creates is very negative and demonstrates a complete lack of control. The most heartbreaking incident occurred on the very day one of my relatives passed away: that same night, their earrings disappeared. The center's response was that they knew nothing and couldn't do anything, telling us to call the police ourselves and take action. It's incredibly sad and difficult to experience something like this. The situation is deplorable and paints a very serious picture of a lack of oversight and internal control. Elderly people deserve respect, protection, and real security. Based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone. This review may not be helpful, but if any family is considering placing a loved one there, I hope my experience can help them make a more informed decision.

The treatment I received from the social worker, Ana, was appalling. We came to admit my grandfather, my mother, my uncle, and his caregiver. I traveled from Barcelona to be with our family during this difficult time, and Ana wouldn't even let me into the office where the details of my grandfather's admission would be explained. She left me waiting outside, unable to express any concerns, denying me the right to have any questions answered. She claims her office is too small for so many people, which apparently isn't true. Her coldness and lack of empathy are a disgrace to this residence. Someone like that is certainly not qualified to handle situations like this. It's a disgrace to the residence. I'm afraid of how she must treat the residents here. I'm questioning whether our decision to admit them was the right one, and I recommend that before signing any contract with this company, you visit to meet the staff who will be caring for your loved ones. SHAMEFUL.

My mother has been at this nursing home for five years. The staff is top-notch. They treat the residents with great care and patience. The facilities are spacious, always clean, and bright, with gardens for strolling in good weather. I've had to go in close to lunch and dinner times several times, and I would have stayed with them on more than one occasion because the food looked so delicious. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the entire staff.

Mi madre falleció en esta residencia, gracias a la encargada del comedor que pudo ser trasladada al hospital y pasar los 2 últimos días con sus hijos. El médico es nefasto, y deja mucho que desear.
