La Residencia ARUEJ presenta una experiencia muy desigual según los usuarios: mientras que la mayoría destaca la belleza del entorno, la calidad de la atención al residente y el esfuerzo dedicado del personal, existen críticas severas sobre la higiene en algunas áreas (particularmente en habitaciones) y, especialmente, sobre el trato inadecuado de la dirección hacia las familias, lo que genera una polarización entre la satisfacción general y problemas graves de gestión. The treatment the family of a resident received from the foundation's president was appalling. He was completely immoral and lacked empathy; he was arrogant, haughty, overbearing, and rude. Instead of judging so lightly, he should be more concerned about the conditions in some areas of the residence, as the hygiene in the bedrooms leaves much to be desired—they smell like a public restroom. The treatment we received from the rest of the staff was good, except for one assistant whom we never met, as we only spoke to her by phone. We assume she was following the president's instructions. We gave it one star because we couldn't give it less.
