Opiniones

My mother was there for four years; it was fine at first, but the last few months have been awful. They changed the director, and it's been terrible. There's not enough staff, and the hygiene is lacking. It's been a very unpleasant experience. Several family members and I have filed complaints with the IAS (Andalusian Social Institute).

Senior living residence. Spotless and clean. Excellent treatment of families and residents. Various rooms depending on the resident. Good food and a large outdoor area. Moderate price. Outside with bars and terraces for strolling and socializing. Highly recommended.

It works worse every day, despite the complaints, I don't recommend it, the management team washes their hands of our requests.

My mother was there for about two and a half years. The care was wonderful, and the elderly residents were very well looked after. I have no complaints, except that when I went to collect my mother's jewelry, it wasn't there; supposedly, they were keeping it safe. I also never understood how her dentures went missing.

I'm happy with the care my mother receives. The staff I interact with are very kind and always willing to help. It's been a very difficult few months, and I think they've handled the problems well. The only thing that could be improved is the control of residents' personal belongings.
