The director has kind words, but the treatment of the residents leaves much to be desired. My mother spent her last days there. During that time, she went to the emergency room several times, always with infections and dehydration. She was transferred to San Juan de Dios Hospital, where she met another resident. Both passed away. There was a lack of staff and they were unprepared. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

My uncle stayed in that care home for a few months and went straight to the hospital suffering from severe malnutrition and deep depression due to his experiences there. I can't believe the conditions he was kept in, in absolutely every respect. Before choosing this care home, please choose any other for your family members.

I like it because it's not a residence that's overly rigid with rules, and there are plenty of activities for the residents. The staff are very attentive and care deeply about the elderly women.

I am so grateful for the care my mother received. From the very beginning, and despite the condition she was in when she arrived, the incredibly kind and caring treatment we received from Laura, the director, as well as Teresa, Isa, Carol, María, and the entire team of professionals, demonstrates a level of compassion I haven't seen in any other care home. I personally recommend it without hesitation.
