I recently visited and was very impressed. Sometimes these places can feel cold, but here the atmosphere is incredibly human and welcoming. I could see how the staff interacts with the residents, and their warmth and patience are admirable. It's very reassuring to see how much care is given to the emotional well-being of the elderly. Congratulations!

It's a building that used to be a hotel and a hospital, I think. It has three floors, each classified by type of care, although from the third floor onwards, patients with psychiatric conditions are mixed with people with limited mobility, etc. The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves much to be desired. While the staff are nice, there are very few of them—one person for a huge number of patients. Some people end up getting up at 9 or 10 and suffer because of this. Good grief, a little decency and enough staff, they're paid a pretty penny.

My father was admitted in October 2024. At first, he didn't want to leave his room, not even to eat. He wouldn't speak to anyone and complained about everything. But given his advanced Parkinson's disease and hip fracture, we knew it wasn't possible for him to go home. I was heartbroken every time I visited him. Thanks to the experience and help of the staff, and to Jorge and Julia, he gradually came to terms with it, and now he's delighted. He even says he should have come sooner and not waited so long. They treat him with great empathy and understanding. He's fully integrated, and it's been very good for him to socialize. Before, he was isolated and bitter. The cleanliness of the residence and the personal hygiene care are impeccable; I mention this because it's essential for my father. I have nothing but words of gratitude for all the staff. They are always there to listen and answer questions, and if something happens to him, Enrique, Cristian, or Marisol call immediately. They are great professionals who anticipate any health complications he might have. I recommend it 100%, although you have to understand that leaving your lifelong home takes some time to adapt, but with the support of the team, it has been very easy and quick.

You never like having to take your mother to a nursing home, but when there's no other option... I 100% recommend this nursing home. My mother was admitted there three weeks ago. When she arrived, she had a leg ulcer that is practically healed today. We are very happy and grateful for the treatment my mother receives. Jorge welcomed us very well from the start. It was a very difficult situation for the whole family, and he helped us a lot to cope, always willing to listen. We are also very grateful to Marisol, the nurse, thanks to whom her ulcer healed faster than we thought and the swelling in her legs has gone down considerably thanks to her care. In general, all the staff are very kind: Pablo, Raquel... they treat my mother with great care, which is what worried me most, and thanks to that, my mother is adapting very well to this new situation. She seems very happy.

We chose Ruiseñores and it has undoubtedly been the best decision. My father had been feeling unwell since last Thursday, and the medical and nursing care was thorough. They also offer many activities, excursions, and the staff is very attentive. (We came from another center and the difference is enormous; we can compare.) We also really appreciate that Carmen, the social worker there, calls us and always checks in to see if we're happy. It speaks volumes about this place. It has a beautiful setting and access to a park.
