La residencia "Apartamentos para personas mayores" recibe ampliamente elogios por su ambiente acogedor, personal amable y dedicado, instalaciones limpias y bien mantenidas, así como por sus diversas actividades que promueven la socialización y el bienestar integral de los mayores. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación importante respecto a la gestión administrativa, particularmente en la cafetería, donde se reportó el cobro de servicios a residentes durante un día de corte de energía sin que pudieran acceder a las comidas, lo que sugiere la necesidad de mejorar los protocolos en situaciones

My review is for the cafeteria. On the day of the power outage, my parents couldn't get in to eat or even notify us, so they were charged for that day's menu. I spoke with the person who identified themselves as the cafeteria manager, and they confirmed what my parents told me. Please review this case. Thank you.

Today I had the opportunity to visit this day center with my classmates and colleagues. We were greeted by the center's director, who was very kind and had a smile on her face. 😀 She explained very well how the center works and the activities they offer for seniors. We were able to see the facilities, meet some of the staff, and observe some of the activities they were doing. I loved this center; it's very well maintained and clean, and the focus is on the individual. I was very pleased to see how happy the people there are. We also met Mayte, who works for the Aragon regional government. She's a delight and truly admirable for her excellent work with seniors, especially considering she's a senior herself. Everyone we met was incredibly kind. We hope they continue providing such wonderful services and maintaining that special charisma.

I've known it for years because my parents are members. It's a community center for seniors in the San Pablo neighborhood. They facilitate socializing, provide proper nutrition, offer recreational and educational facilities, and offer companionship to those who need it—all coordinated by a friendly and dedicated staff, both employees and volunteers. Thank you for your daily work.

It's fantastic... The director, the staff, the teachers, the instruction... The wonderful times we spend exercising our bodies and minds and building friendships. I think that with this center, older people like us feel young again, valued, and respected, and that, when you're left with only your own loved ones, is a great blessing.
