They don't deserve a single star. Degrading treatment of my grandmother. They charge you for the entire month even if your relative dies the first week, and they refuse to refund the difference, when that spot will likely be filled by someone else and they'll charge them anyway. After two months of putting us off, they tell us they won't refund it because it's not stated in the contract. So, BE CAREFUL with your contract; they're crooks. My grandmother died and they didn't even dress her. It's a real disgrace that they treat people like this and play with their suffering. My grandmother had a fever and they didn't even do a PCR test, but they charge you for the entire month, of course. SHAMEFUL!!!

It's a wonderful residence, with a small number of residents, no more than 50, which gives it a very accessible atmosphere for all levels. The staff is extremely dedicated to their work, with unparalleled dedication, perhaps at times a bit overworked, as there are many employees. Overall, it's highly recommended, both for seniors and for those who work there.
