I simply want to express my gratitude to all the staff for the wonderful care my father received during his short stay for recovery after surgery. We chose this residence because of its facilities and resources (staff, physiotherapy five days a week, nursing care, and a doctor). The treatment was impeccable from our very first contact with Marina, the center's social worker, who showed us around. But I want to thank all the staff—I don't want to leave anyone out. In fact, my father, who never wanted to be in a nursing home, later asked to return to the residence after another hospital admission because they were able to move him more easily and treated him very well. So, thank you all so much. 200% Recommended

My mother has been at the Center for over seven years. Certainly, everything could be improved, even if I were the one who could care for her myself, but I want to THANK ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES for your work, effort, and love, especially during the nightmare we're living through. Unfortunately, my mother can't tell me anything, but seeing her, her expression, her affection, and her cleanliness clearly tells me that you're doing very, very well. My mother was admitted over a year ago after a broken hip and arm; she also suffers from Alzheimer's. DomusVi Puerta Nueva has an excellent physiotherapy service. In fact, despite the orthopedic surgeon's belief that she wouldn't be able to get out of her wheelchair and having a very serious case of osteoporosis, the physiotherapist managed to get my mother walking a little, albeit with a walker. And despite her age (92), she's there every day doing her exercises. Their occupational therapy services also ensure that our residents stay active and engaged. I'm very, very happy with our current doctor, Dr. Rivadeneira; good, professional medical care is absolutely essential in a care home.
