My mother was there for four months for a complicated post-hospital recovery. The truth is that she was fine, and although it was difficult for her to adapt, she left very grateful and attached to the staff. Whenever there was something we thought needed improvement, I would discuss it with management and it was corrected. They were also kind to my father when he spent long hours with her. My mother's name is Ana, and she obviously lives better at home, but she doesn't have any bad memories at all.

I find the overall treatment being given by the nurse deplorable. She has already been caught in several serious misconducts. But even more so now, after I reported that my family was falling ill with COVID-19 one after another, after stopping by the nursing home to visit our relative and doing nothing, they didn't even deign to test him until two days after I reported it, having been in the common rooms with the other elderly people, all without protection. I think it's shameful that after what happened with the nursing homes, they behave this way and on top of that, they dare to say they have no obligation to do it. IT'S A SHAME!!!!

Lately, the place has been deteriorating. My father has been here for almost three years, and we've noticed the toilet seat is loose, and water leaks out from under the floor between the toilet and the bowl. The room smells of urine, or water from the heating pipe that runs under the floor and seeps through the tile grout. The meals are a disaster, poorly prepared! The last thing they served for dinner was chorizo... or something like it, although it was more like a poorly made croquette, unappetizing. In short, we're very disappointed. The doctor is only here two days a week... disheartening! I don't know who we should talk to so that action is taken. Please inspect the facilities and attend to our elderly residents in every way. Thank you.
