I would like to thank the Domus vi Villaralbo team for their dedication to our elderly, for all those moments, care and all the effort you make to ensure that they are as well looked after as possible and with activities that stimulate their daily lives. Without going any further, today you have surpassed yourselves again. Thanks to Lucía for dedicating a morning of your holidays so that they could have a different day. Thank you for the effort you have all made.

On November 22, 2024, I presented my books at this residence and I'm very pleased with the result. From the director and the activities coordinator to the rest of the staff, they provided everything I needed to make it a success. I felt very comfortable and supported at all times. They do an exceptional job. Thank you.

We were always hesitant to put my mother in a care facility. Today, we are very happy and grateful to the management and staff of Domus VI in Villaralbo. From day one, my mother has felt welcomed into this "big family," where the caregivers and staff help her every day with great professionalism. It's worth noting that her health has improved at 96: she has lost 10 kg and, along with exercise, has greater mobility. She happily participates in the workshops and enjoys all the activities. For us, it's a great relief to know she is in good hands, living an enriching stage of her life. There are certainly things to improve in the pursuit of excellence in care for the elderly, but the path has been paved thanks to good management. Thank you, Domus VI.

The required ratio of caregivers to residents is not being met. The insufficient number of staff negatively impacts the quality of care provided to the elderly and the working conditions of the staff. There is a lack of control over medication administration, with confusion regarding dosages and patients.
