My father suffered a serious illness. After more than a month in the hospital, the neurologist advised us to seek rehabilitation. Luckily, we were able to get him a place at Caser Residential. After a month bedridden, he was admitted to the residence on a Friday, and by Monday, the wonderful Seila had him walking. Miraculous... My father is now completely independent. The rehabilitation at this center is fantastic.

I had a serious motorcycle accident, and after my hospital stay, I needed a place where I would receive care and attention, but also where I could get rehabilitation physiotherapy. I have to thank the management for facilitating the arrangements so I could stay there for the time I needed, which was about two months. I want to thank all the caregivers for how well they looked after me, with kindness and professionalism. I also want to thank the maintenance staff for all the creative solutions they came up with to make my stay more comfortable. The therapist also helped me a lot, and my hand is almost completely recovered. And I especially want to highlight the physiotherapy service. From day one, Sheila started working with me daily so I could walk again. After my time at the residence, the physiotherapy continued at my home, as they offer a home visit service. Thank you for everything.

We have been delighted with the care at this nursing home. The staff are wonderful, caring, and attentive to the residents and families. My relative was there for stroke recovery. The therapy team is excellent. Physiotherapy with Sheila has been key to his speedy recovery, as has the occupational therapist and psychologist. I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone involved in his recovery. Thank you very much.

What can I say about this residence in Villaralbo? Everyone had recommended it to me, especially for my father who has a broken hip... which he's recovering superbly; in fact, he walks better than before. The facilities, from the rooms to the gym, are well-maintained and clean. The food, according to my father, was very good (in fact, he ate some chickpeas one day, which reminded him of the ones his aunt used to make in a pot). But what impressed me most was the staff, from reception and assistants to the social worker, including the amazing rehabilitation team, who always kept me informed about the progress... And without forgetting those I didn't have the pleasure of meeting. Thank you all for making me feel like an important part of the residence and for making my father feel cared for as well. When you want to come to the Canary Islands, don't hesitate to call me.

The residence has been wonderful, the treatment from everyone—from the assistants and social worker to the director and everyone who makes it all possible! Sheila's rehabilitation from her broken femur has been excellent; she's recovered wonderfully in just two months! The physiotherapists are of the highest professional and human quality!
