Opiniones

My experience tells me that the residents are cared for, treated very well, and given with care. Medication is administered on schedule, not just with meals, but also as prescribed by the doctor. Family members are contacted if there is a problem with a resident. Despite some residents having different illnesses, each one is treated individually, with staff who know how to communicate with them and understand their words and any discomfort they may be experiencing. The staff makes an effort to ensure the residents eat well and on schedule, and despite the fatigue this work causes, they make life more pleasant with kind words and good humor from the caregivers. It would be wonderful if a family member could be there all day to visit, not just at specific times. Thank you to the staff for their patience and professionalism.

My experience has been good. I don't think it's fair to generalize; not all the staff are the same. Some are truly passionate about their work, and they also have remarkable patience with some residents who insult or assault them. This is more or less the case everywhere, though there are large, well-known residential complexes that leave much to be desired. It's easy to talk and lie; we should try to understand each other's perspectives. Keep up the good work, giving it your all. Best regards.

My grandfather (100% dependent) has been in the nursing home for less than a year and has been admitted to the clinic since Wednesday, at risk of leg amputation due to a foot wound that has become so infected that it's now being considered. Both the emergency room and the hospital itself were shocked when they saw him. In theory, they were treating him at the nursing home, but I say, as a healthcare professional myself, that we shouldn't leave him to this point. When a wound begins to develop necrosis, I think that, if the necessary resources aren't available, at least a referral to a hospital should be made before it reaches this point. As doctors at the nursing home, I imagine they have the knowledge...

It's a care home with exceptional service! Meals are served on time and medication is given with meals... no one goes home without dinner or lunch because they try to provide it and are always attentive to the residents.

While considering different options for a family member, I visited this residence and received exceptional service from the management. It's clear that when, beyond the business aspect, there's genuine dedication and a genuine desire to make residents' stay as pleasant as possible. I will undoubtedly choose this center.
