Opiniones

We requested a room change for my grandfather several times, and it took a month to get it. The room was unbearably hot, and they made no effort to make it easier for someone with respiratory problems. He died shortly after the room change, after suffering for several days. I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone in their final days, where they are ignored.

Exceptional care for the residents. The staff at the residence are lovely. If I had to give them a rating, they'd get a 10.

My mother, despite having the paperwork filled out, was unable to enter. We were told that due to her gluten-free diet and lactose intolerance, it wasn't possible. I find it quite disappointing that these days, in a nursing home, this issue of food safety isn't taken into consideration. It was probably just an excuse.

I was delighted with this residence. My brother was very well looked after, and the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it.

The staff are incredibly inhumane and fake. There are constant serious medication errors, a lot of show but little care. They only care about the money they can squeeze out of you. The food is terrible, the cleanliness is just adequate, and there's absolutely no empathy. The housekeepers and receptionists are awful (except for the girl who fills in at reception). Lots of photos of activities and empty talk, but then they don't provide even the most basic care. Not recommended at all.
