Opiniones

I think it's a good care home. From day one, I was impressed by the excellent treatment I received from the caregivers, cleaners, nurses, and the doctor, Cesar. I was fortunate enough to meet Marta, who oversees the facilities. She's very efficient, but above all, very empathetic. She treated my mother very well and truly understood her perspective.

I can only say thank you. My mother came in for post-eye surgery recovery, and you were all wonderful in every way—so dedicated, patient, and caring. You were very attentive, and I would always recommend you. My mother really enjoyed the food. Thank you all!

Even though our mother passed away after six months of stay, we are pleased with the treatment we received. The medical care has been excellent for us, despite our many health issues. The availability of the nurses has been excellent, as has the doctor. The single room with a shared bathroom has been a great choice; we have spent a lot of time there and have been comfortable. The assistants have been attentive throughout. It's a difficult situation for family members and residents, but they have made the transition easier. We recommend it as a nursing home.

Management's inattention to complaints from residents' families. Limited presence of qualified staff, resulting in a lack of care for residents, especially those with disabilities. Medical equipment is frequently changed without informing families. The quality of the care is unbalanced compared to the high cost of the stays.

My experience was mediocre. While they're able-bodied, it's fine, but the problem arises when they become dependent. You have to be very vigilant to make sure they're not left isolated in the dining room all day. The double rooms are dreadful; you have to move a bed to open the closet door, and two walkers won't fit. The closet doesn't even have enough room for the clothes they require you to bring upon arrival. It's clear this is a business where profitability takes precedence over the residents, as there's a shortage of staff, and it shows.
