Opiniones

To begin with, everything they claim to do for patients in their presentation is completely false, and I can prove it. My uncle almost died there. We had to get him out quickly, and when he arrived at his new residence, the doctors and nurses couldn't believe what they saw. They even left a piece of gauze that they never removed, and they didn't treat his wounds, the infection, or the malnutrition he suffered from. Like I said, if you want someone to die quickly, take them to that place—if you can even call it that—La Alborada, on the old road to Simancas. And as I said, I can prove it. That place should be shut down.

The staff is wonderful, always smiling. That's the most valuable thing to us. We know our family member would love to be home, but it gives us peace of mind knowing she's safe and well cared for. The kindness and kindness are appreciated. The missing star is the narrow entrance for vehicles coming from Valladolid, which could be a problem if two cars meet.

My parents have been there during their recovery process, and we've been very reassured by the care they've received. During this time, the treatment they've received has been excellent, with support for any problems that have arisen.

Thank you so much for helping us during a very critical time of family breakdown; we only have words of gratitude. Excellent professionals.

I'm the doctor at La Arbolada Residence, and I've been there for a year and a half. I completely disagree with some of the comments made here. Regarding the treatment of residents, it's false that it's done poorly. Falls are inevitable in elderly residents, especially those with cognitive impairment, Parkinson's disease, etc. We try to prevent them in most cases. As for the requirement that residence doctors have to be geriatric specialists... that must be the case in the Canary Islands, because as far as I know, in our region of Castile and León, we're family doctors or general practitioners. Residences are places for people who can't be independent in their daily activities; THEY ARE NOT HOSPITALS. I'm writing this in response to several comments that refer to the points I've made.
