La Residencia municipal Juana de Avis recibe principalmente evaluaciones muy positivas destacando la calidad excepcional del trato del personal, las instalaciones modernas y los servicios integrales ofrecidos a los residentes y sus familias. Sin embargo, existe una grave preocupación sobre los protocolos de seguridad, ya que se ha reportado que el personal permite que los residentes abandonen la residencia sin verificar la identificación o el estado mental de quienes los recogen, lo que representa un riesgo significativo para la protección de personas vulnerables.

The staff at the Juana de Avis care home allow residents to leave for days at a time with anyone who comes to pick them up, without checking the identification or mental state of the person taking them. They also fail to ask for information such as phone number or address where the vulnerable elderly person will be staying. It is deplorable that the staff who allow this situation are neglectful. The Castile and León Regional Government should investigate these acts of negligence. In fact, a written complaint has been filed with Social Services.

Family-friendly senior residence. New facilities, nursing services, hairdressing, and podiatry, and appropriate physical and cognitive activities for seniors. They help you with all the paperwork and, above all, on a psychological level when you bring a loved one. Recommended and trustworthy.
