La Residencia La Blanca Paloma presenta opiniones muy polarizadas: mientras algunos usuarios elogian la atención personalizada del personal, la buena comunicación de la directora y las actividades ofrecidas, otros reportan problemas graves como falta de respuesta a consultas, trato inflexible con los residentes y familias, y dificultades administrativas en devoluciones económicas. A nursing home with fewer than 50 residents, with excellent treatment and attention from the staff. Ana, the director, is very polite and efficient, along with the nurse who communicates any incident quickly. As with everything, there are always things that could be improved, but overall, it's very good.

So far, everything's been going well: the food, getting them involved in a dynamic of exercises and entertainment, personalized feedback on their progress and mood whenever the director is asked, personalized WhatsApp messages from the director herself, and you can take them out for the day with the family with advance notice, as well as take a walk around the village or the courtyard (the only downside so far is that the courtyard isn't circular, meaning you reach a certain point and have to turn back). The price compared to other options isn't bad. They should buy lamps to repel flies in the summer. P.S.: Advice for families with cognitive impairment: avoid sugar and sugar derivatives at all costs. If necessary, sweeten with erythritol, which has no glycemic index, or date sugar, which is high in fiber.

First, I've contacted the nursing home several times to request information about the services they offer to help my grandmother, but I haven't received a response. Second, I've tried contacting them through their website, and it's a hassle. They don't answer back, and you can't figure out where to click. They leave a lot to be desired.

I'm the granddaughter of one of the grandparents who was there. We didn't like the way they treated him; they were very strict and didn't even let us go out into the yard with him. My grandfather passed away last month. I don't recommend this nursing home.

The truth is that this residence has terrible management; they still haven't given me a refund 90 days after my father's death. They keep stalling every day. In my experience, they're stalling so I get bored and don't have to give me the refund.
