Opiniones

My mother was here recovering from an injury. The stay and the service were very good. Communication with the staff was also excellent, very attentive. The facilities were very pleasant, everything was very clean, and my mother said the food was delicious. Thank you very much for everything. Best regards.

A spectacular place for attention and care. The facilities are top-notch and the staff is very friendly. I especially want to highlight the work of the sociocultural animation technician, Julia, who puts so much love into her work and always greets you with a smile and her characteristic joy. I highly recommend this center!!!

Please, no one should bring a family member to this nursing home. It's not bad, it's terrible. The elderly are completely neglected. I only had my mother for a month, and thanks to the fact that I got her out, she wouldn't have died, strictly speaking. She had diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever, and no one informed me. When I complained, the supervisor informed me that they only contact the family if they need to be referred to the hospital, and that their job is to care for the residents, not inform the families (I wish that were the case, because they're not cared for at all). If they vomit, they don't change them all night, and the next day my mother's vomit was all dried up. The poor people spend the day in a living room staring at the ceiling until a family member arrives. They don't give them naps; they're not in favor of it, and the poor people are exhausted. They have very few armchairs in the living room, which are only used by able-bodied people. The dependents spend the day in wheelchairs, sometimes without a cushion. They put double diapers on them, which I believe is prohibited or at least not recommended, since the risk of contracting yeast infections or urinary tract infections is extremely high. If they don't eat, it's fine. Sandra, one of the supervisors, tells you, they won't put a funnel in and leave them without food; they don't make any effort to get them to eat. The smell of urine is unbearable, which demonstrates that diaper changing is practically nonexistent, hence the double diapers. Please, if you want your relatives to be well, go to any nursing home except this one. It's very easy for them to be better off anywhere because what happens here is tragic. Some residents start screaming for them to be taken out of there. The supervisors are always on the defensive when you try to talk to them. Don't even think about going to this nursing home, for the sake of your relatives and your own.

My family and I are very satisfied with the decision we made three years ago. We're speechless. THANK YOU.

I advise against taking a family member to this residence. The food isn't just bad, it's awful. The senior staff are poorly qualified and lack professionalism. Communication with family members is nonexistent. They don't tell you the truth about the residents' condition. They tell you everything is fine. They lie to you about everything. They don't inform you about their problems or illnesses unless it's already obvious. To the family, everything is wonderful. They want to give the impression that they live in an idyllic world and are very well cared for, hiding absolutely everything from you. Another problem is the widespread practice of tipping employees to obtain personal favors, to the detriment of others who can't afford to give tips, and the lack of staff, which worsens during holidays, leading to poor care for the residents. In short, a series of deficiencies that make it highly inadvisable for your loved ones.
