We do not share the opinions we have read here, as our experience has been completely different, as I will now explain. At Ballesol, there is a warm and lively atmosphere. We greatly appreciate the constant communication and the care with which all residents are looked after, including our mother. It gives us great peace of mind knowing that they are in good hands, surrounded by attention and companionship. We want to thank the staff at Ballesol for their dedication and compassionate treatment. My grandmother stayed here for a couple of months to recover from a hospital stay. The facilities are new, and the staff is friendly but very understaffed. My grandmother was very ill, and I called for assistance. Since the nurse didn't start until 8 pm, they didn't even take her temperature that night. The nurse finally arrived around 11 pm, and the next day we had to call an ambulance ourselves because they didn't even know how my grandmother had been so ill for so long. The food was extremely meager. They are elderly, but they are PEOPLE and need to EAT DECENTLY. €3200 per month is a complete rip-off for the services they provide. A total disappointment; I will never go back there.

She came in with a hip fracture and fear of the unknown. The receptionist Elena's welcome was with total tenderness and empathy, thank you. The facilities are always super clean, the food is very good, as my mother said she is a great cook, thank you. It's astonishing what I witnessed today while visiting a relative: a kitchen employee screaming at the top of her lungs, almost assaulting another. I don't know if my grandfather is in a safe and peaceful place.
