While the facilities are very good, the treatment of the elderly is neglectful, with frequent blows leading to infectious complications and even ulcers. The disappearance of both money and personal belongings seems unacceptable to me, but when management is aware of the situation and doesn't take action, I'm left without adjectives to describe it. Without a doubt, what was once a great option for our seniors has plummeted in recent years.

If you care about your elders, don't leave them there. They don't treat them well, and things constantly go astray. The center's management is aware of this. The situation at the nursing home is deplorable, a shame since until now it was a good option for the village's elderly. What's inappropriate (and condemnable) is that they deny complaints, that they steal from the grandparents, and that they provide such poor care that they end up hospitalized precisely because they don't treat the wounds they inflict there (I have photos). I haven't insulted anyone there or in this comment. Focus on doing it right instead of responding with something you know can't be defended.

Ideal center for the care of our elderly. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They offer services such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and nursing care. A spectacular garden. 100% recommended.
