La Residencia de 3ª edad Los Ángeles destaca por su personal altamente dedicado y cariñoso, que trata a los residentes con respeto, empatía y profesionalismo, manteniendo a las familias constantemente informadas y haciendo que los mayores se sientan como en casa. Sin embargo, las instalaciones presentan deficiencias importantes: son antiguas, el acceso al patio es inadecuado para personas con movilidad reducida, y durante las renovaciones se han visto limitados los espacios para visitas, aspectos que contrastan con la excelente calidad de la atención proporcionada.

My father-in-law has been in this residence since December 10th. My wife and I chose it after reading the many positive reviews and visiting the facility. I have to say that my father-in-law couldn't be better cared for, with respect, generosity, and above all, with great affection from the staff. Special mention goes to the head housekeeper, Susana; my father-in-law couldn't be in a better place. That's why I recommend that anyone with a relative in this residence read the reviews and then arrange a visit. The facilities are clean, welcoming, and very well-equipped. Furthermore, because there are few residents, they receive better care than in overcrowded facilities. Without a doubt, I recommend this residence. A big hug to Susana, and thank you for the wonderful care you give to all the elderly residents.

Almost two months ago, I was looking for a care home for my aunt. This one caught my eye because of its online reviews, but I think the reviews don't do it justice. They are true professionals, treating the residents like family, making them feel right at home, and keeping us, the family, informed of everything that happens. The residents are treated very well. The supervisor, Susana, is a delight, and Fatima, the nurse, is fantastic. They are very dedicated to their work and very empathetic. They keep you informed about everything, and their empathy with both residents and their families is truly appreciated.

During my father's stay there, my opinion of all the staff was excellent. He was treated with kindness and care, and we were always kept informed. On the other hand, the facilities are outdated, and access to the courtyard is very uneven and unsuitable for the residents. Due to the lengthy renovations, there was only one room for both residents and visitors.
