I think it's an excellent residence. During her time there, my aunt was very well cared for and enjoyed the activities immensely. I find all the staff to be very professional.

The food is getting worse and worse, both in variety and quantity. There are too few caregivers, and some are inexperienced. Clothing gets lost or torn and hidden in the closet. The cleaning is getting worse and worse. It looks like they're mopping the floors with urine. It's very sad to see so much neglect, when years ago it was a very good residence.

Without a doubt, the best care home in Valladolid. Our mother is absolutely delighted with the care, the facilities, and the personal attention, which is so hard to find these days. Special mention goes to the occupational therapy team for the excellent work they did with her.
