Sin embargo, hay preocupaciones significativas sobre la gestión y los recursos, particularmente la falta de personal que genera sobrecarga en los cuidadores, incidentes de caídas frecuentes y asignación inadecuada de tareas médicas que debería supervisar personal sanitario especializado.

It's a very family-oriented care home, but it's a shame that the management is so poor. The caregivers are lovely, but they need more staff because they're overwhelmed. There are falls almost every day, and they're doing tasks that aren't their responsibility, like preparing and administering medication to the residents, which should be the doctor's and nurse's job.

A very welcoming and family-friendly residence. The treatment provided by all the professionals is very friendly, personalized, and impeccable. The center has its own parking lot and green areas, making it easy to access and walk around with residents. The facilities are modern and accessible.

I wouldn't even put a guinea pig in here... Less of this Disney princess nonsense and more doing the necessary work to care for the elderly instead of saving money at their expense. By the way, breakfast at home...

A fantastic residence; the staff are wonderful, incredibly caring, always there when you need them, and offering tons of activities—you're never bored. The rooms are super cozy, and the residents are wonderful, treating each other like family. For me, it's the best residence there is.
