El Centro Gerontológico Lacort cuenta con excelentes instalaciones modernas y un equipo profesional cualificado que ofrece atención personalizada y centrada en la persona, siendo especialmente destacable el ambiente amable y accesible del centro. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación recurrente sobre la calidad del trato del equipo directivo y algunos miembros del personal, lo que contrasta negativamente con las valoraciones positivas sobre las instalaciones y algunos profesionales dedicados.

Terrible. You didn't believe the reviews, most of which are from the staff of this residence. The facilities are very good, but the staff is best left unmentioned. Starting with the management (the three who make it sound so wonderful) and down to the assistants (mind you, not all of them; there are two who are lovely), the cleaning lady is wonderful; at least she has manners and respect. The rest leave much to be desired. It's a real shame. Such a beautiful residence in the city center, and the staff is unpleasant.
