My mother was in this residence for three years until she passed away 15 days ago. I want to thank everyone for the dedication, affection, and patience they showed during this time. They also treated us, the family members, very well whenever we asked for something or made a suggestion. The visiting hours are very flexible, which is greatly appreciated. There's always something that could be improved, but it's more than compensated for by the affection and dedication they showed. Thank you so much for the memorial mass you held for my mother. It was very touching. A big hug to everyone: Boris, Amparo, Tania, Lucas, the two Cristinas, Sara, Carlos, and everyone else.

In March 2025, my wife was admitted after being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease associated with dementia, and to date, the care she has received from the staff has been attentive and caring. I also find her hygiene and diet to be excellent, as well as the visiting hours, which are very flexible and allow for continuous contact with our family member.

The Torres de Serrano Senior Residences has become a very special home for my mother, Adelaide, who is now 5 months old. I'll begin by talking about the exceptional human quality we find there, always attentive and caring with the residents. The facilities are well maintained, creating a comfortable and safe environment. Communication with the family is fluid, which generates great peace of mind. The medical care provided by both Dr. Maria and the nurses is very professional. All of this creates a warm and family-like atmosphere, where residents feel at home. The cleanliness is impeccable in all areas of the residence. I am once again grateful for the care and affection provided by everyone at the residence.

I'd always had my doubts because the bad reputation of care homes makes you scrutinize every detail when you need to leave a loved one there. But since my grandmother started going, I've seen an improvement in her attitude. Undoubtedly, the central location makes outings much easier and she doesn't require as much transportation support, which is a plus. The home-cooked meals are another improvement, but above all, the care is excellent. My grandmother is delighted and tells us so when we visit. The care and the staff are friendly, so we feel at ease knowing she's right at home. I would definitely recommend this residence. I like to leave negative reviews if the treatment or service isn't good, but when we're treated well or the service is good, I also like to highlight it because otherwise, my grandmother wouldn't have come here.

Hello. I'm very happy with the care and attention my mother receives; she's been at the residence for four months. Her progress has been very positive, considering her level of dependency. I can visit whenever I want, take her for walks, and I have a lot of confidence in Manoli, Rodrigo, Pilar, and Yoli—they pamper her as if she were me. And then there are Cristina and Alicia, who always answer all my questions and help me with any issues that arise. I also love the area because it's so lively, which is great for my mother's well-being. Of course, there's always room for improvement, but I give it a 5 out of 5 for the wonderful people who work there. THANK YOU!
