As her daughter, I want to express my deepest gratitude to Domus Monte Arse Residence for the care and attention they are giving my mother. Making the decision to place a loved one in a care home is never easy, but from the very first moment, we have felt supported and reassured by the professionalism and compassion with which they work. I want to give a very special mention to Noelia, the social worker, for her empathy, warmth, and dedication. She has always been there for us, answering any questions and helping us every step of the way with a humane and understanding attitude that truly makes a difference. Her support has been fundamental in making the entire process much more bearable. Thank you to the entire team for caring for my mother with respect, affection, and professionalism. It is a great relief for our family to know that she is in such good hands. And once again, a heartfelt thank you to Noelia for her commitment and for making everything so much more humane and personal.

We had to move my grandmother to a care home because she suffers from dementia, and we felt it was the best thing for her given her condition. This care home was recommended to us, and we are absolutely delighted. The service was outstanding, always excellent in every way—from the staff's kindness and the wonderful experience my grandmother had there to all the help they gave us.
