El Centro Sociosanitario Nuestra Señora del Carmen recibe mayoritariamente valoraciones muy positivas de familiares que elogian la dedicación, profesionalismo y calidez del personal de enfermería, auxiliares y equipo de limpieza, así como la limpieza de las instalaciones y la calidad general de la atención. Sin embargo, hay críticas aisladas dirigidas hacia la gestión y dirección del centro, lo que sugiere una posible desconexión entre la excelente atención directa a los residentes y la administración.

Three years ago, my grandmother had an accident, and we were forced to find a center that met all the necessary requirements for her recovery and care. We chose to admit her here, and we believe it was one of the best decisions we ever made. During the three years she was here, she received exceptional care and attention. I want to highlight the warm, kind, and caring treatment from all the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the facilities. Thank you for your unwavering dedication.

After having been in other nursing homes in Valencia, like the one on Serranos Street, so-called, where everything disappeared, from cell phones to watches to anything, and on top of that, you couldn't really speak to the director of the senior center because of her arrogance. Poor care for the elderly, poor practices for a nursing home that costs so much... In short, nothing like the Malvarrosa senior center, a marvel of dedicated, caring professionals. It's more affordable. They have a large garden inside and the beach outside so you can take them for a walk or go eat. A wonderful senior center, that's how they should all be. Much love to all the seniors who are there.

My appreciation and congratulations to all the staff: nursing assistants, technicians, hygiene team, administration, management, etc. My aunt was very comfortable and very well cared for.
