My mother started here six months ago and has settled in very well. She's very well cared for, and all the staff and supervisors are very helpful and attentive, looking after her and listening not only to her but also to me (through good times and bad). The nursing and medical staff are also very attentive to my mother. They all do their best to resolve any problems that arise. Thanks to the physiotherapist, the psychologist (for listening), and the activities coordinator. Clearly, there are things that need improvement, such as staffing issues in the dining room, better coordination between the staff on different shifts, and the laundry management, but I know they're working on it. Special mention to the colleague who manages the laundry. Thank you so much for the care given to my mother, and happy holidays!

Our mother stayed at the residence this summer. The residence is well-maintained and in good condition. However, more than half of her clothes, including a skirt of immense sentimental value, have disappeared. My sister has already written a review, so I won't dwell on that. It's November 8th, more than two months after her departure, and we still haven't received our deposit back. They haven't been able to provide an explanation for the disappearance of her clothes (their response to my sister's review was appalling), and the impression they give is one of washing their hands of the matter and showing zero concern for their guests. I've read other reviews that mention the same issue, which seems to indicate a problem at this residence that deserves to be investigated and addressed with an explanation for those affected.

The staff are very kind and treat the elderly residents very well. They take care of administering medication, applying eye drops, and so on. They also bathe and groom them. The residence is very new and clean. The rooms are pleasant, and there is a small library. There is a doctor, psychologist, social worker, and physiotherapist on staff. I am very happy with the residence.
