Opiniones

My grandfather has been hospitalized for two years, and every time I've been to see him, the staff has been very kind to both us and the elderly. They are caring and attentive, and the nurses have always been available. My family and I are very grateful and happy with the treatment provided by the entire staff.

My mother has been a resident there for four years. For me, everything is wonderful because I see my mother happy and settled in. She hugs the staff there more than me, which makes me very happy. We've never had any problems, neither with visits nor with contacting them... in short, everything has been great. I only have words of gratitude.

We are very grateful for the humane, respectful, and caring treatment my father-in-law Pascual B.M. received during his two years and three months at this nursing home. He enjoyed his stay peacefully, despite his cognitive decline, and was well cared for. Especially in his final days, the staff also provided the family with very close support, from the cleaners to the medical staff and other assistants. What we consider important to highlight negatively is the state of the facilities; they are in a state of disrepair and require renovation. The garden surrounding the facility is littered with trash and needs care. Although there are many fantastic staff members, we especially want to highlight the big heart and humanity of M.José, with his hats that brightened his visits, and of Mireia, Bea, Ana, Diana, and others. Our most sincere thanks to the entire nursing home team.

Residence of horrors, a pigsty, elderly people are poorly cared for and when they get there they are soon dead. Bad food, bad cleaning and the management have no idea how to run the center, you have to give advance notice to go see a relative because that way you give them time to clean beforehand and they clean the room on purpose. More than 50 or 100 complaints to the health department but nobody does anything, do not take any relatives even if you want the worst. The mother of a friend of mine was there and she freaked out and had to be taken out. Shameful that residences like that exist. Regarding the fines they have from the health department, you do not need to say that it does not reflect what you do,

My father has been in that residence for two months. I go whenever I want, at whatever time I want, and I never call ahead; I just walk in. He always leaves clean, well-dressed, and shaved. The staff are very polite, kind, and professional. I'm very happy and at ease.
