Our mother has been in this residence for several years now, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care she receives. The staff is very attentive, the food is excellent, and the atmosphere is very pleasant every day.

The staff is attentive and very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the food is good. The downside is that it's extremely expensive. The area is an unattractive neighborhood with no park to walk in or sunbathe in. Plus, it's very difficult to find parking.

Waited 25 minutes at the door after being discharged from the hospital at 11 pm. They didn't answer the landline; I called 9 times for nothing, and the doorbell is just for decoration. Terrible service and very unpleasant customer service.

They are very kind to family members, but they are severely understaffed. It's understandable that they work in shifts and you have to wait, but for a bedridden person, waiting more than 30 minutes to be seen is normal... if they even come at all! If the patient is alone... well, sometimes they don't even come that often.

After a year since my mother was admitted, I feel confident enough to offer a fully informed opinion. I must say I am delighted with the care my mother receives, and with the communication I've received. I find the staff approachable, flexible, understanding, and attentive. There are undoubtedly some aspects that could be improved, as is the case with everyone depending on the day, I don't know, but the basic care and treatment seem excellent to me. There are ample visiting hours, walks, and time spent in the room. I highly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful work you do.
