I want to express my gratitude to the entire team at Ballesol in Burjassot. My mother has been a resident for several years and has always received excellent care. The affection, professionalism, and care shown by all the staff towards my mother and all the other residents is truly admirable. The residence is very well organized and spotless. The healthcare for minor ailments and the monitoring of their treatments are very well managed. It's a center I highly recommend to anyone who needs it. An excellent team, very professional and caring. My mother was very comfortable there and felt very well looked after. Regarding the family, the treatment was exquisite, providing us with every kind of assistance during our visits and with any arrangements we had. As for the healthcare team, they were always concerned about her well-being, keeping us informed of any changes in her health. My father passed away last Sunday. He turned 89 at the residence in Burjasot, and he was always very happy there since arriving eight months ago. For us as a family, the peace of mind of knowing he was so well cared for was essential. That's why I want to thank each and every member of the team, without singling anyone out, because everyone contributes to providing the quality of life that the residents deserve. I visited my father almost every day and saw firsthand how much they care for them, treat them with affection, and have extraordinary patience.
