Ballesol Playa Patacona destaca por su personal altamente dedicado y profesional que proporciona atención de calidad en recuperación y rehabilitación, con actividades culturales y recreativas que crean un ambiente cálido y familiar, según valoran positivamente la mayoría de usuarios. Sin embargo, algunos residentes y familiares han expresado preocupaciones sobre la gestión administrativa, incluyendo problemas de contaminación acústica por vehículos de suministro y falta de atención emocional de la dirección en momentos delicados.

My mother-in-law spent a month at the Ballesol Patacona Residence recovering from hip surgery, and the experience couldn't have been better. From day one, she was treated with immense care, professionalism, and respect. The staff was attentive at all times, both physically and emotionally, which made a huge difference in her recovery. The facilities are very well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Thanks to the care she received, my mother-in-law not only recovered well but also felt supported and encouraged throughout her stay. As a family, we are very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend Ballesol Patacona to anyone needing a temporary stay with high-quality care.

We have returned to this nursing home three times, and each time we are reaffirmed in our choice. The first time, my wife fractured her femur, and thanks to physiotherapist Andrea, she made an excellent recovery. The second time was my turn, following surgery, and now we have returned due to my wife's medical care, treatment, and rehabilitation needs after a prolonged hospitalization. I couldn't offer her adequate care at home, so we had no hesitation: here we are again, right on the beach, surrounded by an extraordinary team. The staff stands out for its dedication, offering emotional and practical care that exceeds our expectations. Every day we enjoy cultural activities organized by Javi, the center's social integration technician. We cannot overlook the work of each member of the team, from those who bring us breakfast with a smile to those who help us with tasks such as cleaning or taking care of our clothes. At Ballesol Patacona Playa, residents and staff form a true family, where harmony and respect create a warm and pleasant atmosphere.

We would like to point out that every day around 8:00 a.m., a refrigerated truck is parked at the entrance unloading products for the residence. The driver leaves the engine running, disregarding the environmental and noise pollution that comes with being there for 15 or 20 minutes with constant emissions and noise. Other similar trucks arrive throughout the day. During the school year, there are also buses parked every day, up to six of which keep their engines running while waiting for students or dropping them off at school. The noise pollution and gas emissions are enormous. It is difficult to imagine a favorable environment for the elderly in these, in our opinion, unhealthy, circumstances. An excellent team, very professional and caring. My father was admitted for rehabilitation after hip surgery and felt very well cared for. As for the medical team, they were always concerned about his well-being, keeping us informed of any changes in his health. Also noteworthy is the extraordinary team that organized the physical and recreational activities, both inside and outside the residence. Highly recommended!

My father passed away in this nursing home more than ten days ago. No one from the center's management has been kind enough to offer condolences to my mother or her family, not even a heartbreaking email. That's the level of the director. Nothing to do with the staff. A nursing home should be more than just a money-making machine.
