Opiniones

Terrible experience. I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. My grandmother was there for a month, and that was a long time. The person in charge of nursing, despite the medication instructions being in medical reports provided to the residence, refused to read them and administered whatever doses she felt like. Do not trust this place to care for your elderly relatives; consider other options for your peace of mind. The positive reviews it has are from current and former employees.

My congratulations and thanks to all the staff at the residence for their attentiveness, kindness, and the quality of all the services. My father was very well cared for during his stay. The staff were very loving, as were the Mercedarian sisters. It has a beautiful garden and excellent facilities. I highly recommend it.

I have no words to express my gratitude for how well my father was treated. His dedication and care were exquisite. Finding a private place in this residence was the best thing that could have happened to us. All the staff were so kind and attentive to him. Thank you, and a thousand times thank you to everyone for how you cared for my father. I will always be grateful.

I absolutely do not recommend this residence. To begin with, when you go to see your relative, you have to call to make an appointment. If you don't, they won't let you see them. When you enter, they leave you alone in an entrance hall that's shabbier than a wooden table, or if not, then in the courtyard. I don't know what they have to hide that they won't let you in! My aunt was in this residence for a month with a very serious and painful illness. She was admitted to the hospital and passed away. They didn't call in two weeks, not even to ask about her, but they did call to tell us what we had to pay. What I'm getting at is, once a relative passed away, they called to have her belongings prepared. The toothbrush belonged to someone else, the hairbrush wasn't hers, and neither was the comb. They switched the shower gel for another one, and the cell phone charger was missing. One of the times we took her for radiotherapy, they treated her terribly, without even wearing underwear... Please be careful; I absolutely do not recommend this place.

I've had my grandmother, father-in-law, and my mother there. I'm very happy. The staff is wonderful. The facilities are spacious and have a wonderful garden for long walks. In short, I highly recommend it and, of course, I'm always very grateful. A big kiss to everyone.
