El Centro residencial Nuestra Señora de la Soledad y San José recibe generalmente evaluaciones positivas por su servicio de calidad, trato atento al residente y familias, y personal competente en todas las áreas; sin embargo, algunos usuarios señalan deficiencias como la falta de espacios exteriores para actividades recreativas, costos adicionales por servicios complementarios y su ubicación aislada de difícil acceso. Las opiniones varían entre quienes valoran significativamente la atención recibida y aquellos que encuentran limitaciones en la experiencia general de residencia.

More than an assessment. I have a question: are the Sisters of Charity still running the residence? If they're no longer there, as I suspect, I imagine it's because they don't have any religious vocations and therefore couldn't continue running the residence.

I've been to this residence for personal reasons, and I have to say it's excellent both in terms of service and treatment of residents and their families. The only thing I see is that it might need more outdoor recreation areas, such as gardens, so residents can walk around freely. That's why I'm not giving it a 5-star rating, but otherwise, it's great.

It's a good residence, although the nuns are a bit fussy and you have to pay extra for several things like the podiatrist, hairdresser, etc.

My mother is in the residence by her own choice, and from what I've seen, all the services, including the kitchen, cleaning, staff, etc., are adequate.

An isolated place, accessible only by car. Most of the residents seem sleepy and huddled around the living room walls.
