Ballesol Azalea cuenta con instalaciones modernas, bien mantenidas y un equipo de profesionales dedicados que generan un ambiente cálido y acogedor, especialmente destacando a responsables de actividades como Cristina Caro cuya creatividad mantiene a los residentes motivados. Sin embargo, existe una preocupación significativa sobre la insuficiencia de personal en áreas críticas como cuidados diarios y comidas, lo que genera largas esperas y afecta la calidad del servicio a pesar de las buenas condiciones físicas de la residencia.

Our grandmother lives at this center, and we couldn't be happier. We want to highlight the warm and professional approach of the entire team, from the care staff to the doctors and the activity organizers. Their combined dedication has been key to her feeling cared for in every way, both physically and emotionally. It's a residence with well-distributed and very nice facilities, clean and spacious, but it's all for nothing if there's no staff to care for the elderly residents, as that's the main reason why one should hire this type of service. There are long waits for daily activities like bathing and especially for meals. I took my mother out to eat whenever I could. I'll never understand why they cut back on staff, the main need of a senior residence, as I mentioned before. Well, actually, I do understand: the extra profit for the company at the expense of the residents' lack of care.

Excellent quality nursing home. Very well-maintained facilities, and very friendly, caring, and professional staff. It has a large interior courtyard with covered and outdoor areas. They have a rehabilitation center, a hair salon, a podiatrist, a chapel, TV lounges, a board game room, and they regularly host many activities for guests and their families. Very pleasant decor; they try to make it feel as close to home as possible. The neighborhood is very quiet and offers many options for walking and shopping.

Cristina Caro is the wonderful person responsible for this celebration at the Ballesol residence on Azalea Street and the mastermind behind keeping our elderly relatives so enthusiastic with her countless creative ideas. She is a perfect example of how caring for the elderly requires boundless dedication, absolute affection, and a passion for maintaining their interest and involving them in a multitude of creative adventures. As an added bonus, she organized a Holy Week and Fair for the residents. Having Cristina as our afternoon activity leader is a true gift! (Sol)
