La Residencia de mayores San Fernando y Santa Elisa recibe evaluaciones predominantemente excelentes, con usuarios destacando la profesionalidad del equipo, las instalaciones amplias y limpias, y la atención personalizada y cuidadosa hacia los residentes, lo que genera confianza y satisfacción en las familias. Sin embargo, existe al menos una reseña crítica que señala problemas graves de comunicación (dificultad para contactar por teléfono) y preocupaciones sobre la gestión de pertenencias personales y el acceso a la habitación del residente.

100% recommendable nursing home for our seniors. Both the management and the staff who care for the elderly at the nursing home, as well as the healthcare staff, are unbeatable. The center has several living and dining rooms, as well as spacious and bright bedrooms and outdoor seating areas with beautiful views of the countryside. The entire center is super clean. My mother has been living there for five months now, and her improvement has been spectacular. It has an impressive team with great professionalism and dedication. Thank you for your work.

I'm not happy at all. I'm terrible with the phone issue. They don't answer the phone no matter what time you call. I can't comment on my father's bedroom. He's been there for two years and I still haven't seen him. And let's not even talk about the clothes. I took the anti-bedsore cushion with me when I first started living there, and I haven't seen it since. Well, I'll leave it there.
