Mientras que la mayoría de usuarios elogian el trato cálido, profesionalismo del equipo y limpieza de las instalaciones, hay preocupaciones graves sobre la falta de personal auxiliar, desaparición de pertenencias de residentes y trato inadecuado en algunos casos. La residencia parece ofrecer buenos cuidados cuando todo funciona correctamente, pero carece de recursos suficientes para garantizar una atención consistente y segura a todos los residentes.

At first, this residence was very good, but recently it has changed a lot, and for the worse. There are very few auxiliary staff. Although I must say they are wonderful, they are not enough. They have to look after the residents, open the door to relatives, answer the phone, and provide meals. It is impossible for them to look after them properly. It is a shame that the well-being of our elderly and the workers is not prioritized.

A very welcoming senior living residence for residents and their families, with a fantastic professional team dedicated to their work and providing exceptional care and attention. They keep families informed of everything and always answer the phone. The facilities are excellent—beautiful, bright, and very clean. After some time there, Mom left. Our whole family is delighted with the loving and respectful treatment she received. As a care home, we value it as a place where they always help the elderly residents and treat them with patience and affection. I don't like the way they've treated my grandfather, accusing him of things that are untrue. My grandfather's belongings have disappeared, and on top of that, they don't give any explanations. If you don't want to see your elders suffering, don't leave them in their hands.
